The Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric Standard model (NMSSM) offers a rich framework embedding physics beyond the Standard Model as well as consistent interpretations of the Higgs signals measured at the LHC. A quantitative exploitation of Higgs precision measurements, as expected from the LHC and a Linear Collider, requires improved theoretical estimates of the observables in the Higgs sector, justifying the inclusion of higher orders. This is the main purpose of the implementation of a version of `FeynHiggs' for the NMSSM. In this talk, I will describe a few formal aspects of the calculation of observables in the NMSSM Higgs sector - focussing on the Higgs mass predictions and decays into SM final states - and comment on numerical results.
