The CERN Council has renewed the appointment of Prof. Belén Gavela as member of the CERN Scientific Policy Committee (SPC) for a second term of office from 1st of January 2017 to 31st December 2019.

IFT renewal of Severo Ochoa Excellence scored 99,85 over 100

The overall score of IFT from the Scientific Severo Ochoa Selection Committee is a remarkable 99.85 over 100.  The IFT has renewed its status as Severo Ochoa Centre of Excellence with flying colors.

JAE-intro program at the IFT

The CSIC JAE-intro program offers 100 2-month grants of 2000 euros for undergraduate students enrolled in master programs in fall 2017. The grants are intended to provide students with an initiation  in research within CSIC institutes.
