Abstract: In this talk, I will give an overview of recent progress that has been made in constructing non-geometric flux vacua. In particular, I will focus on type IIB string compactifications where the internal geometry is described by the 2^6 and 1^9 Landau-Ginzburg (LG) models. These LG models have no Kähler moduli and allow us to realize GKP-type vacua explicitly in the interior of the complex structure moduli space. I will summarize the properties of these vacua and their implications for certain Swampland conjectures.
