Abstract: This workshop offers a space for reflection and dialogue to explore how our personal identities, experiences, and social positions influence the way we participate in academic contexts. Through participatory activities, it seeks to foster a deeper understanding of intersectionality and the role that privilege and position play in our interactions and perspectives within academia.
