IFT and DFT’s Two Minutes Meeting 2026

• The Institute for Theoretical Physics (IFT) and the Department of Theoretical Physics (DFT) are delighted to invite you to this year’s Two Minutes Meeting, which will take place on Thursday, November 12, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in the Sala Azul at IFT.

The idea is simple: get to know the people we work with, discover what everyone does, exchange ideas, and create opportunities for new collaborations. We warmly encourage everyone at IFT and DFT to participate, from students and early-career researchers to senior scientists, as well as administrative and support staff. We are all part of the same community! Each participant will have around two minutes to introduce themselves, share a little about their work, and help us put faces to names. Great science often starts with a simple conversation. We’ll wrap up the meeting with coffee at 1:00 PM in the IFT cafeteria, where we can keep the conversations going. We hope to see you all there!
