Ernesto Arganda, researcher at the IFT UAM-CSIC, has been appointed Theoretical Co-Coordinator of the National LHC Physics Network (RedLHC, CPAN). The National LHC Physics Network (RedLHC) is part of the Centro Nacional de Física de Partículas, Astropartículas y Nuclear (CPAN) and brings together researchers from all Spanish groups in experimental and theoretical physics whose work is directly related to the scientific program of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, in Geneva (Switzerland), including its current High-Luminosity phase (HL-LHC).
CPAN aims to coordinate, promote, and strengthen Spanish research in particle, astroparticle, and nuclear physics, fostering both national collaboration and international visibility. Within this framework, RedLHC plays a key role in Spain’s participation in major experiments and theoretical developments associated with the LHC.
