Postdoctoral

The IFT expects to have one or more openings for 2-year postdoc positions for researchers with PhD in 2012, 2013 or 2014, under the "Juan de la Cierva (JdlC) Incorporación" program of the Spanish government. Candidates must apply directly to the Spanish science ministry on Ministry official call.

ITN Elusives: Six ESR (Early Stage Researcher) positions in Neutrino and/or Dark Matter and or BSM phenomenology

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Initial Training network (ITN) "Elusives" focuses on phenomenology of Neutrinos, Dark Matter and BSM physics, with particular emphasis on CP violation (Grant Agreement number: 674896 — ELUSIVES — H2020-MSCA-ITN-2015/H2020-MSCA-ITN-2015, April 2016-March 2020, http://www.elusives.eu/).

The Institute of Theoretical Physics IFT CSIC/UAM welcomes applications to postdoctoral positions,  under the program "Atracción de talento" from Comunidad de Madrid.

There are several kinds of positions:

- junior postdoc: 4 years

- senior postdoc: 4 years + up to 200.000 euros for research activities

The Institute of Theoretical Physics IFT CSIC/UAM participates in the "Intertalentum" program offering 9 2-year postdoctoral positions at research centers in the UAM+CSIC Excellence Campus.

Interested candidates should have scientific expertise in the areas of either particle phenomenology, astroparticle physics, nuclear theory, string theory, gravitation and cosmology, lattice and quantum field theory, or quantum information theory.

- SO(IFT) postdocs, funded by the Severo Ochoa Excellence Grant. Offering one / two positions.

- ERC-SPLE postdocs. Luis Ibáñez ERC Advanced Grant project "String Phenomenology in the LHC Era'' .
