Leptogenesis and the gravitino problem

The present status of leptogenesis is reviewed with emphasis on the non-equilibrium process generating the baryon asymmetry and the relation to neutrino masses and mixings. In supersymmetric theories there is a potential clash between leptogenesis and gravitino overproduction, which leads to strong constraints on the mass spectrum of superparticles.
