In order to get an Hydra account you must be a member of the IFT or, under certain conditions, being in collaboration with a member of the IFT.

If you are under one of these assumptions you, or your contact person in the IFT, should request it to http://www.ift.uam-csic.es/support,  providing the following information:

 

1) Project (users involved)


2) End date of the connection to the IFT or the project


3) Typical application:

- Standard code, specify, i.e. Pythia, Cosmomc, Latticeeasy, ...

- Customized code, specify degree of parallelisation and tight interconnect.



4)  Typical job:

- Required number of cores

- Required memory


- Typical CPU time per job

- Number of jobs/month

5) Large jobs:



- Required number of cores

- Required memory


- Typical CPU time per job

- Number of jobs/year
