SO(IFT) Research Associate Dr. Gerardo Aldazabal is visiting us Dr. Gerardo Aldazabal from Instituto Balseiro-Centro Atómico Bariloche, Argentina is visiting the IFT for the period November 11th to December 3rd, 2021. His research interests are String Theory, String Phenomenology, Double and Extended Field Theory.
SO(IFT) Research Associate Dr. Anamaría Font is visiting us Dr. Anamaría Font from U.N. Caracas is visiting the IFT for the period November 16th to 19th, 2021. Her research interests are: String compactifications and symmetries.
Dr. Carlos R. Argüelles is visiting us Dr. Carlos R. Argüelles from La Plata National University (Argentina) & ICRANet - Italy is visiting the IFT for the period October 25th to October 31st, 2021. His interest include: dark matter: model building of dark matter profiles, phenomenology of rotation curves from elementary particle physic models; self-interacting dark matter and beyond standard model neutrinos; Cosmology.
SO(IFT) Research Associate Dr. Benjamin Grinstein is visiting us Dr. Benjamin Grinstein is visiting IFT for the period October 25th to December 7th, 2021. His research interests are: particle physics, with a focus on phenomena probed at current experiments, in the areas of flavor and higgs physics, both in the Standard Model (SM) and in extensions of the SM. In addition he has worked recently in various areas including non-relativistic QFT/CFT, dark matter detection, and RG flows in QFT (a-theorem).
