	José L. F. Barbón, new Director of the IFT	At the end of Luis E. Ibáñez's three-year term, José L. F. Barbón has been appointed as new director of the IFT. Carlos Pena will act as deputy director. The IFT thankfully acknowledges Luis' dedication and efforts, and expresses its best wishes to the new directorate.
