alpha_s from a tiny, heavy, universe

In this talk I will give an overview of the recent result for alpha_s by the ALPHA collaboration, based on the non-perturbative decoupling of heavy quarks. In particular, I will address the main sources of uncertainty that currently dominate the error, and discuss our first steps towards a more precise determination.
