The EDM inverse problem: exploring CP violation beyond the SM and the axion quality with electric dipole moments (EDMs)

I examine to what extent the EDM portfolio of nucleons, light
nuclei, some diamagnetic atoms and polar molecules can provide information
on the underlying CP violation beyond the SM, as well as on the quality of
the PQ symmetry solving the strong CP problem.
