The IFT receives the accesit of the CSIC Distinctive of Equality

CSIC's headquarters hosted the award ceremony yesterday, February 15. José L. F. Barbón, director of the IFT, received the award from Elosa del Pino, president of the CSIC.

His remarks emphasized the work of the IFT equality committee, to which the award was dedicated, and the commendable work of the Inter-Centre Equality Commission of UAM-CSIC, which in 2023 will coordinate the IFT.

The Equality Distinction was awarded to the Instituto de Física Corpuscular (IFIC), and an accesit was awarded also to the Spanish National Center for Biotechnology (CNB).
