Asymptotic symmetries, BMS, Soft theorems and Noether's second theorem -- Part 1

We will start a detour into asymptotic symmetries, BMS, soft theorems and 2nd Noether theorem which will take more than one holoclub. The discussion on Tuesday the 17 will be led by David.
