Abstract: 

We continue the discussion of the bulk factorization in AdS-CFT with more toy model examples.

In this case I will talk about Chern-Simons theory on a manifold with (disconnected) boundaries. I review the canonical quantization of such theory and the relation with 2d CFT and the WZW model. Finally I present the subtleties that arise in the case of two boundaries and the way in which this eludes the factorization from the CFT perspective.
