XVII International Workshop on Deep-Inelastic Scattering and Related Subjects

DIS 2009 is the 17th in the series of annual workshops on Deep-Inelastic Scattering (DIS) and Related Subjects. The aim of these workshops is to review the progress in the field of DIS and Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) and to lay the groundwork for future experiments. Most recent results from HERA, JLab, RHIC, Tevatron and fixed-target experiments as well as the status of the LHC experiments and the relevant theoretical developments will be covered in plenary and parallel sessions.

DIS 2009 will be held from the 26th to the 30th of April 2009 at the "Palacio de Congresos" in downtown Madrid and will be organised by the High-Energy Physics group of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
