Europe updates its strategy for Particle Physics

On June 19 the CERN council has unanimously voted the 2020 update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics. The press release can be found here

The official document, available here lays down a roadmap for particle physics activities at CERN in years to come. The IFT has participated in the collective efforts to bring about this document. In particular, a crucial leading role has been played by Professor Belen Gavela, as a member of the Physics Preparatory Group.
