We construct the single static vortex solution in a holographic model of two-band superfluid/superconductor with an interband coupling between two charged scalars. We investigate the effects of the interband coupling to the condensate profile, we find that the interband coupling has different effects to the two bands which I will state explicitly. We also compute the free energy of vortex, critical magnetic field, and characteristic lengths like penetration and coherence lengths. We find that for the parameters we choose, the two bands usually have the same coherence length.
