SO(IFT) Research Associate Dr.Benjamin Grinstein is visiting us Benjamin Grinstein is visiting IFT for the period October 1st to December 15th, 2019. His office number is 216. His research interests are: particle physics, with a focus on phenomena probed at current experiments, in the areas of flavor and higgs physics, both in the Standard Model (SM) and in extensions of the SM. In addition he has worked recently in various areas including non-relativistic QFT/CFT, dark matter detection, and RG flows in QFT (a-theorem).
Dr. Filipe Joaquim is visiting us Dr. Filipe Joaquim from CFTP-IST (Lisbon, Portugal) is visiting IFT for the period October 1st to November 30th, 2019. His office number is 215. His research interests are: physics beyond the SM and connections with cosmology and astroparticle physics.
Dr. Federico von der Pahlen is visiting us Dr. Federico von der Pahlen from Universidad de Antioquia is visiting the IFT for the period July 23rd to 26th, 2019. His office number is 316. His research interests are: supersymmetry, dark matter and collider phenomenology.
Dr. Román Linares is visiting us Dr. Román Linares from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Iztapalapa, Mexico is visiting the IFT for the period July 25th to August 23rd, 2019. His office number is B07. His research interests are: black hole solutions and supergravity.
