SO(IFT) Research Associate Dr. Jos Vermaseren is visiting us Dr. Jos Vermaseren from Nikhef Amsterdam is visiting the IFT for the period February 8th to 12th, 2018. His office number is 401. Jos Vermaseren's research focuses on calculations in perturbative field theory, with excursions into mathematics and computer science whenever this is needed for his main topic.
Dr. Pedro Fernández is visiting us Dr. Pedro Fernández from INFN Milano is visiting IFT for the period February 5th to 12th, 2018. His office number is B08. His research interests include supergravity solutions, black holes in String Theory, Yang-Mills fields coupled to gravity
Dr. Michal Deak is visiting us Dr. Michal Deak from Institute of Nuclear Physics PAN in Cracow is visiting IFT for the period January 29th to February 2nd, 2018. His office number is 315. His research interests include phenomenology of QCD and heavy ion collisions with focus on QCD evolution equations, study of gluon saturation and jet quenching.
