Postdoctoral positions at IFT under various government-funded programs

The Institute of Theoretical Physics  IFT CSIC/UAM welcomes applications to postdoctoral positions, starting in fall 2022,  under various government-funded programs.

The IFT is a recipient of  the prestigious Severo Ochoa Excellence Award. It offers a vibrant atmosphere, with a wide range of experts in areas of particle and astroparticle physics, nuclear theory, string theory, gravitation and cosmology, lattice and quantum field theory, and quantum information theory.  In addition, the Theoretical Physics Department at Madrid Autonoma University complements this with expertise in astrophysics,  experimental particle and neutrino physics.  The IFT also hosts an intensive training program of graduate students and conducts high-impact outreach activities.

Qualification requirements

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in physics (recommended before June 30, 2022) and demonstrated research abilities in areas pertinent to the research activities.
