Round table “I want to be a scientist. An analysis of gender bias in Science“, as part of the activities for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

When: 19th February, 2018, at 11:00.
Where: Conference Hall, Science Building, Module 0, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

The Rector of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Rafael Garesse will be opening the event.

Speakers:

-- Pilar López Sancho – Profesora de investigación. Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Madrid, CSIC.

-- María Blasco Marhuenda – Directora del Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Oncológicas.

-- Carmen Vela – Secretaría de Estado de Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación (MINECO).

After the presentations, there will be a round table chaired by Marina Rodríguez Baras, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
