His office number is 316. His research interests are: Quantum Electrodynamics and Quantum Chromodinamics, in particular, radiative corrections, gluon and quark reggeization, evolution equations. | |
 | Dr. Tim Jones is visiting us | Dr. Tim Jones from Liverpool University is visiting the IFT for the period November 19th to 23rd, 2018. His office number is 316. His research interests have ranged over various aspects of condensed matter physics and elementary particle theory, with particular emphasis on renormalisation group beta-functions and supersymmetric model building. In the last five years he has developed an interest in particle physics cosmology and quantum gravity. | |
 | Dr. Lyn Evans is visiting us | Dr. Lyn Evans from CERN is visiting the IFT for the period November 14th to 15th, 2018. His office number is 316. He served as the project leader of the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland. Based at CERN, in 2012 he became the director of the Linear Collider Collaboration, an international organisation managing development of next generation particle colliders, including the International Linear Collider and the Compact Linear Collider.
